Yes, IPVISE offers a free tier for all new users. Every new account receives bonus credits to start creating. Additional credits can be earned through challenges, referrals, and edu verification.

It's a global initiative where creators collaborate to build original AI-powered IPs. From characters to short films, IPVISE provides the tools, credits, and distribution network. We will provide business support and resources to promote successful creations.

Apply through your IPVISE dashboard or email info@ipvise.com. We review applications weekly. Accepted creators receive dedicated credit grants, early access to new models, and direct support from our IP team.

You retain full ownership of content you create. For collaborative IPs, ownership terms are defined in the co-creation agreement. IPVISE receives a limited license to showcase and promote the work on our platforms.

Credits are IPVISE's on-platform currency. Each generation consumes a certain number of credits based on model and resolution. Credits are issued directly to your account and can be used instantly — no external redemption needed.

Credits earned from registration, challenges, and promotions do not expire. Bonus credits from limited-time campaigns may have expiration dates, which will be clearly stated in your account dashboard.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Alipay. Enterprise plans support wire transfer and annual invoicing. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.

IPVISE uses established international cloud service providers to store and process the data necessary to deliver our services. The storage location depends on the services and AI models selected by the customer, and therefore we cannot require third-party providers to store all data exclusively within a single country or region.

If a customer requires data to be stored in a specific region or wishes to exclude certain jurisdictions, we can assess the available options before contract execution or deployment. The agreed data residency arrangement can then be documented in the applicable Order Form or Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

IPVISE services are operated by the contracting legal entity. Customers generally determine what personal data is collected and how it is used and therefore typically act as the Data Controller.

IPVISE processes customer data solely on the customer's documented instructions in order to provide the agreed services and therefore acts as the Data Processor. Cloud infrastructure providers and AI service providers engaged to deliver the services typically act as Sub-processors. The respective roles and responsibilities of all parties are defined in the applicable contract or DPA.

Without the customer's authorization, IPVISE will not publicly disclose or use unpublished designs, product materials, or other confidential content uploaded by the customer, nor will such information be shared with third parties unrelated to the delivery of the services. Customer content is processed only to the extent necessary to provide the selected features and complete the tasks requested by the customer.

IPVISE follows the principle of data minimization, processing only the information required to deliver the service. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including account and access controls, encryption during transmission, access and retention management, and contractual safeguards with our service providers, to protect customer data against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, loss, or misuse.

Any request for customer data from government authorities or law enforcement agencies will be handled only in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
